Bel Air Resort is delighted to welcome Chef Julien Clément, the newest culinary talent to lead Bistro Bel Air.
Chef Julien trained in top kitchens in Paris, Nantes, and the French Alps, worked with Michelin three-star chef Martin Berasategui in Spain, explored spices in La Réunion, and drew authentic flavors from Vietnam, Cambodia, Turkey, and Morocco.
Enchanted by the charm of Québec, Chef Julien chose Le Bistro restaurant in Mont Tremblant as his next culinary playground.
